How would you handle an unsatisfied customer?

 

 

 I believe that feedback from an unsatisfied user is the opportunity to improve the service. I would do the following three things.

 First, I will clearly figure out what makes them unsatisfied and ask the user about how could I satisfy their needs.

 Second, I will develop a feature that could satisfy the user with good quality. This is the main role of an engineer I think.

 After completing the development, It is important to inform the user that we launch a new feature for their demands.
